This covers defects to Goods and the installation itself, but requires that the Customer perform manufacturer upkeep to the flooring once installed. Advice on this can be given upon completion of installation. The guarantee does not cover issues not related to defective goods or installation.
The Customer agrees that the Company is not responsible for any flooring work that is delayed due to any building work being incomplete.
\The Customer must inform the Company of any delay as soon as possible. The Company will do their upmost to reschedule any work as quickly as possible.
